I don't know if this is the right place for this but, can anyone advise me about video hosting sites? I haven't shared videos before so have no idea how/what to use.

I do mine through You Tube, you haveto set yourself up with an account and then upload them there. I struggled to start with attaching them here, but with a bit of help from here I manage it now, I'm not very techy either.
Plus I think utube have just made it a bit easier.

I think Fiona used to use something else. Vimeo maybe.

YouTube is very easy and free. Unless you want to have a more private or professional set up, it works.

Ummm, not managed that. I'm getting a Google message saying there is a problem with cookies and I just go round in circles. I guess it's something to do with the fact this pc is still operating under Windows 7.

Back to this thread. I always used YouTube but now that the videos upload as "shorts" they seem to get a lot more public views.
I uploaded a short video a couple of days ago as I was going to share it here but when I went back less than 24hrs later, it had 1,300 views
I'm not keen on this at all so went through and deleted everything in my library.
Obviously I'm aware that a video shared on here is public but there is a bit of a diffence when it's on YouTube and people are scrolling through everyday.

I always upload as "unlisted", so they can't be found without the link.
