Today was water training for my gundog group. I was looking after a group of people with relatively young and inexperienced dogs. The weather here on Exmoor has changed from being lovely, warm and sunny all week to drizzle and quite a strong breeze. Some wayward dummies kept drifting off quite rapidly so I had my eldest girl Alice on stand by in case a dummy needed rescuing before it disappeared off to the other side of the lake. At 12 years of age she is still such a strong swimmer. Best exercise to keep her fit!
