Out working with Bramble. Lovely day and great company!

Freezing to start with a frost. The day was grey, the air still with little wind.

Bramble loved it! She picked 2 birds very well, one dropped in deep cover, so a bit tricky. Despite missing last season, and working a handful of days the year before she was amazing! We are both now relaxing in front of a log fire, think I might be a bit sore tomorrow as we walked miles!

I loved it! My first day off for around 6 months, just me and Bramble. I feel over hilariously 3 times! One time I walked almost to the top of a hilly area, where they had a hunt gate... launched myself over, with a bit more momentum than I really needed which sent me right over and I landed upside down looking at the sky, closely followed by Bramble. From my position, I could also see that if I walked 20 more feet, I could have just walked through a gap!! The beating line was quite baffled by my laughter! :rofl: :rofl:

Lucky you to be out working Bramble, did you pick up or beat as you mentioned picking a couple of birds and then the beating line baffled by your laughter :giggle: It sounded a very happy day, I always got cramp at the end of the day!
