Those mats are freezing! She might just find it too cold for now? I used Snowie’s mat one night when it was boiling hot. I could bear it for a few seconds and then gave it back to him!

Ours is cool, not COLD. Maybe that’s the problem!
We have put it away for now… it has turned very cold so no need for it at the moment!
