Just a quick Zorro update, he is now a Big Puppy at nearly 9 months old: 
and he’s a sausage - bold, rambunctious and ever so slightly over the top at times! He jumps up and mouths when excited, especially around men (OH is a particular target), and he is not great at taking turns - but these are training issues, and otherwise his recall is excellent, he listens well, is very eager to please and has the sweetest nature. Kipper quickly finds him too robust in his play so I keep a close eye, and he knows to come to our legs if he wants saving; generally 2 minutes for Zorro on the lead calms him quickly.
The greatest change has been in my mum’s approach to both dogs - she takes treats everywhere now, and regularly reinforces good behaviour. This is pretty radical, and I’m quietly thrilled.
