Chewie met his friend Daisy at the park, having not seen her for ages. They recognised one another immediately and they were off playing their special game, which is basically her running really fast while Chewie runs about a metre behind her, never catching her. So cute. She is a lovely little dog and I always enjoy watching them play.

Also, Rowan and his dad have a new game where he bounces the baby on his lap and goes "BOING!" Apparently this is very amusing for R. Lots of smiles and even a few giggles.

Nelly , she wasnt so good yesterday , I was a little concerned about her . I need not have worried, she got up this morning full of the joys of spring , has thoroughly enjoyed two good walks , eaten everything with relish ( no not real relish !) and now I am listening to her gently snoring away on the sofa by my side , she melts my heart and makes me smile x

Kate, I have just had a couple of very worrying days with Bear. He was in so much pain until his pills kicked in. Then we had to just let him sleep as much as he wanted until he wanted to eat again, Then, this morning, he bounced out of bed like a puppy! I swear they are just trying to age us overnight.

I think an awful lot of us love Nellie.
