It could be sperm, but it can also be wee. My vet calls it “temporary incontinence”, when the bulbous glands on either side of the penis get really big and cause incontinence if your dog has a full bladder. Snowie went through this a few times about 3 years ago. At the time he was on epilepsy meds that caused him to drink more. Since being off the meds, this hasn’t happened again. Although his bulbous glands still get huge every now and then. They go down very quickly. I only notice when I’m drying him off and happen to feel them.
