Did you ever see Amaze-Bobb, the two-legged poodle?

Oh golly, that thread has made me full on bawl at my desk at 10.30 on a Monday morning! I don't think I'm ready for this week :D

No. :speaktothehand:

Edit to say: somehow there's a world of difference between Pongo and Bongo. One is cute, one is 'no way'. Maybe because I know and love Pongo?
I'm interested that you say this.
There is a chap who has started walking past our house regularly (only since lockdown) who in my humble opinion is a five star twit (very old-school-tie and full of his own opinion on everything). Anyway, he has decided that it is terribly terribly funny to call Pongo "Bongo" and laugh at his own joke. Again and again. Every time I see him. And it makes me IRRATIONALLY FURIOUS. Which is a bit silly really because it is only a difference of one letter. But I want to slap him so much.
(Or possibly just unleash @SwampDonkey on him.)

A friend of mine always had a joke about naming all her animals 'Bob'. None of her animals were actually named Bob, but we both let out a squeal of delight one day when we were out and met a dog named Bob. Excellent.
My cousins (4 men) who have several sons plus one daughter between them are all called Bob, including the daughter. Of course not their real name! But when we’re together, everyone is referred to as Bob. :)

I'm stitching up Monty's fluffy toys and putting them through the washer, I'm going to scrub all the chew toys that haven't been used in years, and I'm even repairing the fabric crate with a new zip which should last him up to five-six months.

I only need to get a collar (thank you @SwampDonkey ) a harness, maybe a few puppy pads, a teething chew, maybe 1-2 new kongs. He's even going to have one of monty's ID tags, at least for a few weeks. Oh and his food, but he is arriving with a six kilo bag, I just need to get a bit of the Nutriment raw food he's been weaned onto.
I do really want a puppy carrier though so he can come out with us and be carried ... but I'm not sure if they are any good for them?
