No, married I think, she is also a GP, working elsewhere locally, he has been fixing up their house whilst she has been working.
Before they moved to Fife, they were over in the west. Trained in Greenock just like I did ( a million years previously)
He is lovely.

Whenever you describe Squidge's personality I think how much she sounds like Chewie. Bouncy, loveable, optimistic and nuts.

That just about sums her up, yup!

My husband’s friend is just out of hospital from a knee op. OH asked him, by text, how he was doing, he said ‘not good at all’ when OH asked him what was up he replied - giving great detail about his constipation problems!

Yesterdays smile (very big) was someone, I don't know who, towards the end of the vaccination clinic ordered fish and chips or sausage and chips for all staff and volunteers. It was wonderful to be given a box of hot food as I walked out into the cold dark January night, I ate most of it as I waited for my car to defrost as the snow we'd had turned to rain and it was covered in sheet ice by that time.

I didn't even know I felt hungry until then, goodness me they were good chips, not greasy at all. And a super fishcake. I saved some for Cassie to have with her breakfast.

And todays smile, coming back from our walk along the track i saw a couple coming towards us with a black dog and thought someone else with a Black Lab is coming -- then I realised it was my Black Lab

Cassie had gone on ahead as usual and was trotting along behind them to rejoin us!

Impossible, really, not to smile at this little black dog posing ever so nicely on the stairs with her front paws neatly crossed. A perfect fit!

My son Thomas and Hattie having zoomies in the snow. The grown up man with the grown up dog, truly wonderful Thomas made me a rather lovely snowman that he placed on the step outside my bedroom french windows! It really is the little things xx

I had a surprise delivery of flowers from my work partner thanking me for all I have done over the last few weeks "knowingly and unknowingly ". No idea what she means.
So touched.

During my used Seasalt eBay addiction during the first lockdown, I got a very cheap, very used short yellow sailor-type jacket which I loved - perfect for dog walks and such a cheerful yellow that it just made me happy every time I wore it. But I discovered that the darn thing was just too short. I didn't realise how much I like to sit on wet sand with Carbon, though I'm sure @Beanwood could have reminded me as I forced her to do it too last year.

Anyway, Seasalt doesn't make these anymore and I really wanted the long version to cover my posterior. I'm not exactly a common size, so I've been lurking and lurking on eBay and finally...bingo! I hit that "Buy it Now" button like a flash and now it's on its way to me from up north.

My dream to look like a Minion is fulfilled!

My next door neighbour is helping at vaccine clinics, she leaves the house at 7.30am and doesn't get back until 6.30pm does two a week and also shops for 2 other neighbours, gets their groceries x
