What made you smile today?

When I was on the playground at school drop off this morning. Jackson wanted to get down out of my arms, gave me a cheeky grin and sprinted off across the playground. Cheeky little b***er ran off πŸ™„πŸ˜†. It's the first time he's shown signs of being back to himself since he had covid.

Then later I got a call from childcare to say he'd scratched his cheek (so I'd have an incident report to sign). The educator said "now, given how things have been, you'll probably be happy to hear how it happened." Apparently he was being cheeky and climbing a chair, then letting go and playing peekaboo but slipped. This is a big change from just wanting to be cuddled over the last few weeks πŸ₯°

Was that for you or for one of the dogs? 😁
I think perhaps dogs don't have dog walking coats. They might (just possibly? )have hooman walking coats, as in a coat a dog might wear when walking his/her hooman in inclement weather. Hoomans, however, depending on what sort of dog they have are quite likely to have several types of dog walking coats, depending far more on the kind of weather likely to be encountered than the type of dog they are going to be walking. e.g.
Coat for walking dog in heavy winds and snow/sleet/hail.
Coat for walking dog in heavy wind and rain.
Coat for walking dog in persistent rain but with slightly lighter wind.
Coat for walking dog in rain with no wind involved. (Rare)
Coat for walking dog with wind but no rain involved. (Equally rare)
Coat for walking dog on warm spring/summer day, with no rain or wind involved whatsoever, therefore only required as a holder of treats, poo bags etc.(Extremely rare)
Therefore I think we can deduce that said dog walking coat was infact.......A coat for Swampy!:rock::penguinkiss::pull::celebrate:
Enjoy your new dog walking coat Sarah, it's very well deserved! xxx
