Here we are again! They both seem to come round faster every year! Joy and I are sitting ( and lying) very happily in the garden, enjoying the warm weather, some very pleasant live music drifting up to us from our local pub, a Kong and a couple of glasses of wine, after all it is Friday and also a speshal ( Joy's spelling) day. Happy Summer Solstice to all!

Lovely garden @Candy and Joy looks well. The year has rushed by and now we are almost at the solstice (is it tomorrow or today?) and the dark evenings seem then to rush in, I hate it.

Well, there you are, two glasses of wine and I get the date wrong! I must be out of practice! My consolation is that it was the date I made the mistake with, rather than the day of the week, which I always feel would be more worrying. Also it means I can have another two glasses, thereby finishing the bottle and say 'Happy Summer Solstice everyone ' again!
