Thanks everyone. She’s safely at the vets and had X-rays. There is a chance there is something in her intestine and we are waiting on a second opinion. Keep all paws crossed she is ok!

Been there.....with our Euan. X-rays showed strangulations of the bowel. As my oh is gastroenterologist I let the vet mail them to my hubby. He also confirmed this. So the vet opened him up, but couldn’t find anything wrong. We never got the right diagnoses....after a couple of days at the vet he came home full of live and energy!

We used to find this when I worked for the vet, have a very sick dog, do an exploratory laparotomy, nothing found, stitch up dog and they were fine again - very strange!

We just visited Quinn at the clinic. We’ve confirmed that there is a blockage in her small intestine and will go into surgery first thing tomorrow morning.
