Had my cancer recheck today and at the five year mark was told FINALLY that my odds of survival have gone up AND I get to chance to only once yearly exams like a normal human again. Plus I got my letter from my doc to renew my residence permit later this week. I HATE going to the hospital and I'm not sure any of that made me actually smile, but it was good news all around and I'm very grateful.
