Coco was castrated before we adopted him. This is a picture about 8weeks post op (only 4 days after we brought him home) - he still looks manly! He just has a tufty line of fur there now.

Far far far too full of beans! I put most of his tea in Kongs to keep him from charging around.

His brilliant with his jacket and ‘helps’ me get it on and off

Dear boy xx Nelly quite liked hers too , she only wore it when unsupervised or on walks because it kept her low to the ground tummy wound dry x

Spencer wears it when he’s on his own or with Mr Boogs - Mr Boogs is not vigilant enough when it comes to dogs!

Spencer is getting cabin fever now - he’s only allowed ten minutes lead walks a day and reckons that’s not nearly enough. He’s taken to emptying both toy boxes and playing with each toy in turn, bless him.

Just catching up with Spencer's op. He looks very dashing in his medical suit!

Ten days of only ten minute lead walks seems very conservative. Is there a reason the GD organization has found that works the best? I honestly can't remember any restrictions past the first couple days with all my various boys, except maybe not to take them to the beach as the sand would get stuck on the wound.

Very conservative - Belle, after a big spay, was allowed normal lead walks (after 1 day house rest) for 10 days. No wonder Spencer's seeking alternative entertainment. At least he's just emptying toy boxes...so far.

Keir had a blow up collar and he was fine, but I prefer the medical suits. You need two if you have a boy ‘tho - they definitely need washing every day!

Spencer thinks Zaba in the beeees kneeees. We have a free run with him once a week and he stays with us lots when his family are on holiday, which they are this week. Tatze spends even more time with him as she goes there when we are away.
