Hope Lily is feeling better soon. Just catching up on this thread. Poor girl.

Excessive licking can easily make a bed feel sodden. Snowie has licked while on our bed and left a wet patch on the duvet. Although Lily also might’ve leaked and then tried to lick it up. Snowie does that if his anal glands leak (I’m glad he’s trying to clean up that awful smell himself!!).

She was dry overnight again and mum let her out at 6.30 so that could’ve been worse. Think the AB’s are helping

That's exactly what I thought had happened as it was the constant licking of her bed that first woke me last week, not licking herself particularly.
I definitely think we are on the right track now.

Just catching up, so pleased you got to the bottom of the wetness and Lily’s on the up. You’ve all had a trial with poor Lily’s health, hopefully she’s turning a corner now - and she couldn’t have two better nurses x
