    Amber needs help.

Amber adored Paul (my late husband) and has finally realised that he isn't coming home. She has visibly aged overnight and her grief is so real that itt reminds of those dogs that remains at the last place they knew their master was when they last saw him. She whines outside his office upstairs...

    Little lump

Amber had one of those and it went down within a day so I thought nothing of it. Now it comes back up and goes down regularly and I've never been able let the vet see it as goes down so quickly.Amber has never had any discomfort from it though.

Amber us acting strange after a trauma.

Well, Amber woke up absolutely normal yesterday evening as has continued to be so since. As I went into the vet's with a healthy, normal Labrador I felt stupid. The check up showed nothing but a healthy dog. Thanks Amber!

She has had a slightly better day. Thanks for asking. She fell back in to shaking a bit this evening so I think the the pain killer had worn off but it wasn't as bad as she was the days before.

    Cooked bones - agh!

I served the dogs cooked bones for decades before I found out they were wrong. All dogs had no side effects. The odds are on your side.

She is no better this morning so I think our vet is needed. I have checked her all over and can find nothing so it is time to get her properly checked out.

I am going to call the vet tomorrow if she is now better. She is an unhappy dog and that scares me!

Amber us acting strange after a trauma.

The day before yesterday Amber was sleeping in OH's office and she suddenly got up and ran down stairs faster than I have ever seen her move before. So fast that she hit some cupboard doors very, very hard. She kept on running down to the ground floor ( three storey house ). When she came back...

    Echo - Guide Dog

Toby has to be in full body contact under the cover with me too. He will wake me up if something isn't right with the bed.

    Poorly Reuben

Amber has had KC twice. Each time she has come through it with flying colours. I just made her rest as you have done and made her drink and used Manuka honey. Sadly, when I have yelled at other dog people that she has recently had KC they don't seem to understand and don't recall their dogs.
