Sonia, your thoughts are not mad at all . We all grieve in different ways and how you feel is your normal . I used to talk to Sam all the time after his passing , it sort of helped . As Cath says, please try to take care of yourself , even though you may not feel like bothering xxx

Sonia , try to remember that whatever or however you are feeling now is perfectly normal . Allow yourself to be sad , to cry or scream if you need to , dont bottle up your feelings . Tears are a natural release of emotion so let them flow, take one day at a time and please be kind to yourself...

The Blue Cross Pet Bereavement support service as mentioned by @HAH is a wonderful service , I used to volunteer for them , they also have an e mail service if you feel that its too difficult to talk , but please dont be alone in your grief xxxx

I did exactly the same thing Jen , cancelled the old and started a new one also Tesco . I can no longer do this due to Reubens mast cell cancer xx
