It may be a short-term thing. Molly howled like a banshee in the car at first (it really sounded as if I was murdering her!) I kept journeys very, very short to start with - 2 minutes (which was luckily enough to get to the beach) and then let her out for an off lead explore. I can't remember...

Just read your update - so glad to hear that Poppy is well and enjoying life.

Oh Hugo is gorgeous! I've had each puppy in my bedroom for the first few nights/ few weeks so we both got some sleep and then later transitioned them downstairs. It's great you've got time off work - you can catch up on sleep when Hugo drops off during the day. x
