He is quite a sniffy dog, although we have put it on cue. "Go sniff" and he's off, nose to ground and then pee. If we take a dummy and do a little training (usually at the local cricket ground) then he doesn't drop the dummy to go sniffing. He zooms straight back every time.

Given half a chance definitely sniffing and then peeing.

This does happen and is usually preceded by a hoolie. The trainer is really good at spotting it and sending @UncleBob and Harv off to a quiet area, but this intense sniffing seems different. Looking back at @UncleBob 's posts I think I might have spotted a common thread in Harv's less than good...

This works very well with many things - I've had great success with electricity, telephone & Internet, AA membership, Sky tv. I tried with Argos for the pet insurance after last year's big hike and they wouldn't budge. Other providers may be more flexible. @UncleBob

That would be Waitrose. They don't look very appetising to me, but, they do it for Harv.

Bit late joining this thread, but Harv's magic word is "jumbles". Works best shouted in a very cheerful voice. Jumbles are his bestest, favouritest treats and he'll fly back at the promise of one. :tail:

We had a timid cat (sadly RIP) when we first got Harv. Whilst they were never the 'best friends and curled up together in front of the fire' types, much to Harv's annoyance, there was tolerance (which is the best you can hope for sometimes). I'm pretty sure that Zak George has a Youtube video...

Whenever we sneeze Harvey always comes across to check we're OK. I always say "Sorry Harv" because I've disturbed him. :rolleyes:

Yep. Sorry. Didn't fancy Mrs Uncle Bob! and hadn't realised Tuppence was a dog too. I just went with an Agatha Christie reference (and the name of our first pet) as no one seems to use their real names on here. ?

@UncleBob got fed up with me reading over his shoulder, so here I am as me, so I can keep up with what everyone is up to. Sorry, not intending to be as stalkerish as that sounds. ?
