Thanks @Candy - that's good to know. Do you put the drops actually into the ear canal, or just wet the cotton balls and swab? And do you just clean the outer ear, or do you get your finger in and do an excavation of the inner ear :giggl: :hmm: ?

What drops do you use, @Candy? I want to talk to the vet again about managing Pongo's ears and am looking for options....
