My doctor sent me an e mail document with physio type exercises for my herniated disc . I am doing them , well the ones I can perform easily plus losing weight also . Standing is the worst thing for me but then the pregabalin helps x

I am making a bit of progress , I wait until Reuben is relaxed on the sofa next to me , start of stroking him, then stroke his legs and now he will let me gently tough his claws . I dont want to rush him and try to clip his nails just yet but its a start xxx
