Exactly this. Sadly I necer had any part in Poppy's, Alex's or Toby's puppy time so I've just made up for it since. Now they are MY dogs (or I am their mum). I am training them, caring for them, paying their vet bills and investing emotionally in them.

Amber and Toby sleep under the covers. Oh's covers. We have a six foot bed and since he likes to be warm and I like to be cool we have different covers. These two like to be warm. Poppy sleeps on their sofa and Alex sleeps without covers but near me. They, like me, like to be cold.

I agree with this. I've had dogs that have wee'd when a bit excited. One of them did wee on my bed. I think the sheer excitement combined with a full bladder just gets too much for them sometimes.

As far as I'm concerned they are rubbish! I've used both the plug in and the collar. Neither worked to any measurable degree. I've found lavender oil to be, at least to some degree, better.

He has been wormed by his last adopter. His worming pills came with him. Sciatica is something I intend to ask about. I think it is time for a full scan and maybe xrays. It is breaking my heart!

No. The vet has seen him twice already and has emptied his anal glands ( he had infected anal glands once before). The only thing they found was a little bit of stiffness in his back legs. I shortened his walks and front loaded yumove because of this.

I really had thought we had turned a corner with this pain in Toby's back end but we are having a bad night with it again tonight. The symptoms are that he will leap up and spin around snapping at his rear end. Sometimes he will whine for a while afterwards. This can happen while he is awake or...

I'm not sure whether it's the yumove or the shorter walks but he is so much better. He is a lovely, happy little soul now. :inlove::tail::pull:
