A pinch of salt

I've done it with a slow cooker, but the same thing would definitely work in the pressure cooker. Whole chicken in, bit of liquid, cook until the meat is falling off the bones, take bones out, leaving cartilage etc in there.
Brilliant! Will do this when we process our next batch of birds :)

Three weeks ago Homer had rabbit and rice mixed with veggies and some of his kibble. Then over the last two weeks he’s had a mixture of pork and potato kibble, fish and rice kibble and some left over lamb and rice kibble.

So far we’ve already noticed he’s a lot calmer, a lot more playful, a lot more tolerant of general city noises and follows other dogs a lot more.

Early days so we’ll wait and see if this change lasts.

We're still on a bit of a mix of different kibble and home cooked.
The local butcher has started selling off cuts, so I cooked up 500g of mixed minced meat with butternut, sweet potato, rice, oats and a handful of Kale. Altogether that made 3500g with a meat content of 14%. I'm very unscientifically mixing this mixture with a handful of normal kibble. The lamb kibble has finished so its a mixture of fish and beef at the moment but I'd like to change that back to fish and pork.
