My Alice . At elven and a half she is my eldest dog. Blind in one eye since an accident a few years ago and now going a little deaf but still with so much love for what she does best, hunting and retrieving, and when water is involved even better! This next shooting season will be her tenth and then I might have to retire her, we will see how she goes. But at the moment she is still going strong.

Her loss of sight in one eye has never held her back. Her marking ability has always been excellent and I have never noticed any disadvantage.

She is the one dog that has given me grey hair, but she is pretty special. She is the reason for most if not all of my hobbies. Hope she will keep me on my toes for a long time to come!
