OK, she is a bit of a rough diamond right now!
I am also very anxious about her leg still, although I think this is only natural. We take a couple of circuits on lead round the paddock warming up, then try a long retrieve. The dummy is thrown into cover, and is out of sight. I prefer her not to see the dummy land, so she will need to hunt for it, this will naturally slow herself down, reducing stop start and twisting movements. We walk back, then I send in the direction of the dummy,
