Oh that’s not good to hear 
We’ve had a Labrador experience with watermelon skin, and the fibrous stalk caused a problem. It remained undigested and caused a lot of discomfort until it finally passed. Was also an in and out of the vet situation.

I'm still not sure that the banana skin is the culprit, although I think it's likely.
I hope the vet can find out what is going on and she starts to feel better soon.

I hope whatever it is that’s causing the problem sorts itself out soon.
Homer had many banana skins as a young dog and although he had squwishy poops or vomited from time to time it was never longer than 12 -24 hours so never a big concern.

I left her sardines with her medication in sitting in her bowl and she has just gone and eaten it all!

Had taken my empty wine glass into the kitchen, on my way to bed and there was Joy, standing by her empty food bowl and looking up at me longingly! I gave her a small amount of chicken and rice and she wolfed it down and looked for more!
I'll stay up for a bit and try her on some more in a while. Want to give this little bit a chance to go down first.
