Being sick

Reuben woke me in the night but couldnt make it out in time , he was very sick but went back to bed and seemed on top form this morning . He has just been out in the garden and thrown up again . I think its a side effect of the Loxicom given to him be the Vet, supposedly to take for a few days , I cant think of anything other reason at all and I have read that vomiting is a common side effect so he will not be having any more . I`ve cooked some rice for his tea and have a tin of Chappie in the cupboard so it will be half and half . He was eating grass big style yesterday too , and yet seems fine in himself xx

He certainly has not lost his appetite , just devoured his bowl of rice and Chappie , so fingers crossed he wont bring it back x

Hope Reuben will be OK now. It's good that he still has an appetite, sounds as if it's medication related rather than him actually being poorly .

It does sound like the medication has made him feel unwell. Fingers crossed he is much better now and stays settled.x

Poor guy! I remember Quinn was poorly after her spay - she didn’t do well with the pain meds. Hopefully on the mend quickly!

Again I have never given post op pain killers, never been given any! Vet usually gave a pain killing injection after the op and that was that. I guess the Loxicom could have made him feel very sick, poor lad xxxx

He is absolutely fine , thanks Cath . Rice and Chappie usually helps , he has not had Loxicom since yesterday morning so I`m sure thats what it was, he is on good form today xx
