Yes, I agree. I know OH will be super anxious to get her home but I would prefer not to rush it.
No, there's no rush at this point. Quinn has weathered it all very well so far, so it's best to be patient and be guided by the vet. It's reassuring that the surgery has gone well.
 
I'm so relieved that she had a successful surgery. Did the surgeon say whether this was rare? I know that surgical complications exist, but to happen over a month after the last surgery, that can't be too common, can it?

Either way he's right - she's young, fit, and healthy, so there's no reason why she won't make a full recovery.
