Sorry I have been AWOL - it’s SATS week at school which invariably means I’m running around like an absolute blue arsed fly .

It’s been 4 weeks on Thursday since Mas was neutered. Some of the changes we have seen are really surprising - he has very little interest in other dogs now - yesterday we bumped into a cocker spaniel who was absolutely up to play - Mas had a tail wag but then went off and had a sniff around some bushes, totally ignoring the little dog. Recall is absolutely amazing, turning on a 6 pence to come back as soon as he hears me.

No dogs have attacked him for 4 days and counting! Yay!!!!

Still more barky than he was prior to the op, particularly in the evenings. Things such as the cat jumping though the window now startled him whereas before he was totally ambivalent.

He’s also sleeping a lot more (no bad thing as he rarely napped during the day!) he’s perfectly happy to curl up on his bed for a snooze now.

So far so good!
