Haven't seen it, haven't read it, no way no how.Betting you have never seen Marley and Me then @Emily_Babbelhund![]()
Come on, have you ever watched Watership Down? Because, you cannot compare the trauma of Bambi’s mother dying (tear-jerking as it was), to... this...Not exactly Dumbo/Black Beauty/Bambi levels of trauma but that was it for me: turned it off and found some other thing to watch.
I'm NOT clicking on that.Come on, have you ever watched Watership Down? Because, you cannot compare the trauma of Bambi’s mother dying (tear-jerking as it was), to... this...![]()
I saw it at the cinema when I was about ten. I seem to remember it was the 'B' film. The trauma remains with me to this day!Has anyone watched Old Yeller? No way am I brave enough for that!

RATED U!! FFS!! I am traumatised!!!!
Yes, I saw it at the pictures when I was a little girl with my big sister. I cried all the way through it and then laugh all the way through Black beard ghost.Has anyone watched Old Yeller? No way am I brave enough for that!
I absolutely love that film! Also have the book by the brilliant Louis de Berniere. He wrote 'Captain Correlie's Mandolin ' as well , one of my favourite books of all time. Don't bother with the film though, it changes the ending, is a travesty and a total let down, completely loses the point of the book, and should never have been made.Red dog is a good dog film. Red dog dies but saves everyone humanity
Yes, I did, many years ago. That also haunts me. 'Snitter's a good dog!' Also dear Rauf!If you liked that every read "the plague in dogs" by the same author?
