Yes, you're right. Coco is fab at retrieving and he really doesn't need to sit. I'd rather he didn't just drop it though, I will work on this.

It's a brilliant jacket. It's a reversible fleece - being plain green on the reverse AND it's waterproof! Brilliant dog walking coat - be seen be safe.

Coco did 3 perfect retrieves at Dog School this week, with an audience. With each return, I stepped in toward him to take the dummy before he dropped it. (Meg was at home, OH had a cold so I took Coco).

We've dropped the clicker, and cut down the food rewards. Today I used a large pheasant dummy. Meg has never seen this before. She usually has a little half pound dummy. This session uses a half pound dummy (the green one), a one pound dummy (the orange one) and the big green pheasant dummy. Within the limits of our little garden, she did some memory retrieves and a blind along with some straight forward ones. She smashed it.
Sorry about the shadow at the far end - the blind was down there in the rosemary bush, well semi-blind - she probably noticed me hiding it.
