Dog coat for a senior dog?

Hi! Kona will be 10 in August - I’m wondering about the need of some sort of coat for walks/hikes in a winter. I’m noticing more and more dog clothes around, and as my first dog was quite different breed I’m not sure about the possible requirements for additional warmth for a labrador. So far, we used a dog coat once during last year’s winter hike (-7•c), path was quite easy to manage (not much phisical activity, just walking) as were going back towards the car. She did not seem to be overheated. Mentioned temperature is probably the lowest point we get in this part of Europe,
during which it is possible that we would be engaged in outdoors acitivities.IMG_8689.jpeg

Hi @zrinka , I don't have any advice re coats , but how lovely to see you and Kona here again, I remember your super photo s from before x
Well, thank you. Great to see most of the members are still as active, having wonderful time with the dogs. 😀
Recently (at the age of 30+) I’ve got my driving license so we added some numbers to weekend hikes - be prepared for bunch of photos. We do choose techically easier ones, as the dog is a senior now (at least the numbers say so), however still have great time and get to see some amazing views.
