A new Guide Dog g puppy - all is right. He looks an absolute darling.

Echo settled immediately at bed time, slept until 1:30 then had a wee and a poo, then slept until 6:30am. That’ll do me!

I took aaaages to get to sleep as I was on high alert, but exhaustion eventually took over after the 1:30 toilet break.

He’s taken to his downstairs crate very well and I’ll continue to make it his really happy place. I like to close the door so that I can take him straight out when he wakes up - but I wait until he’s fast asleep before I close it.

Looking forward to Tatze coming home - she’s the puppy entertainment and she’s now very much needed - he’s into everything!

I must say, Echo is very lacking in the EAR department!

Echo must look to you like he's got funny little head attachments instead of ears compared to Spencer's crowning glory. My first Rottie Duncan had massive ears (though admittedly not as impressive as Spencer's) and that's why I nicknamed Brogan "Piglet" when I got him: his ears seemed just WAY too tiny!

These teddies are disappointing playmates!

He's trying SO HARD to get those teddies to play. Tatze is definitely needed back home!
