They couldn’t find a puppy walker for Echo’s brother Vinny, so he’s back home with his mummy for the time being.

Echo is too big for his bedroom crate so he’s in his downstairs crate. I didn’t want to let him go - I loved hearing him snuffle and snore by my bed.

Of course he’s fine - not a peep, he just fell fast asleep.

Me? I’m wide awake!

That's really the main reason why my puppies always have their beds in my bedroom! Ostensibly so they're not frightened as little pups. Really so that I have snuffles, snores and happy dog grunty noises in the bedroom for life!

He slept without a peep until 6:30am. I just slept on and off and kept waking up, listening.

If he were my dog he’d have been straight back upstairs.
