Ella's sick

[HAH]

She slept pretty well.. no activity at either end. Ate her chicken and rice this morning and now I'm at work (OH is at home). She's very tired but doesn't seem uncomfortable/restless as she did last night.

Tough for you being at work, but this is all promising. She’s bound to be tired, poor sausage - I bet you and OH are too. Hope she continues to be settled xx

I feel so relieved to see her this evening. She's still a bit tired and she hasn't poo'd today but she's got the spark back in her eye and is keeping an eye on her dinner preparation

So thankfully Ella seems a lot better, but still a little under the weather.

The only thing that's been a little strange is her poo. On Thursday when she was vomiting, she did two poos in the evening. Then nothing until today.

Today she did a poo that started out normal, but ended in lot's of yellow mucus. Then, about five minutes later she did another yellow mucus blob.

Do you think it's strange that she didn't poo for two days and now it's yellowy mucus?

Not necessarily, if the bowel was more or less empty for a while could be that there's not much poo to come out, just mucous. Still wants monitoring though I'd say.

What did you give her to eat, is it related to that? Rice gives yellow poo. Perhaps you can give her some probiotics?
