On another note, I am terrible at throwing so I've got a Kong on a rope and a ball on a rope and you can chuck them really far!
Thanks for the nice thoughts and great suggestion for the Kong on a rope. Carbon isn't too keen on a dummy for water retrieving, but I think a Kong would do the trick. Food plus water, what could be better??!! Not that I'd fill it with anything, but Carbon is so in love with his Kong at home, I'm sure that enthusiasm would transfer to the water. :)

And next time you`re down our way , you must stay for lunch , Nelly would love to play with Carbon again , we will hide Teddy Legless xxxxx
That's an invite I will gladly take you up on! And yes, hiding Teddy Legless is essential. :)

Carbon's "Teddy Legless" is his Bun Bun that he stole from @Beanwood 's Benson. Every other stuffie he destroys in minutes (or tries to before I take it away) but Bun Bun is his little security blanket. I know he's having a rough moment and needs some special TLC if Bun Bun is getting a grooming.

Glad you’re back, Emily! We’ve missed you and Carbon!

Sorry you’ve been having such a rough time, I’m sure i speak for all of us when I say if there’s anything we can do to help please just let us know xx

Fantastic to see Carbon swimming and enjoying life with you. I will give you a shout when I’m over in just over 2 weeks. Would be great to catch up. Sending you and Carbon big hugs xx

Super to have you back Emily, sorry you're going through a tough patch.
Our biggest challenge by far is Carbon's firm conviction that anything on the ground is edible and in fact must be eaten at all costs. I never knew how many discarded pretzels there were in Regensburg
ummm - he's a Labrador. This is what they do. Good luck though.

Seeing Fine in action is such a treat! I love how she checks in so frequently, what a great little dog.
Fine is amazingly well trained - goes off leash through town despite cars, bicycles and a lot of feet attached to humans who don't look down. It makes me nervous and when I take her out I always use the leash, but her 'mum' has the voice control down pat and Fine will stop on a dime if asked to.
