Hi Everyone,

I’ve just joined up to the forum.

I have a lab called Boomer who has just turned one and we did have a lab called Presley who we sadly lost just over a year ago. But he was an awesome dog (as they all are!) and did us proud and made it to 14 & 1/2.

We have just moved to Somerset, we’re close to the edge of Exmoor and are enjoying visits to the beaches and the moors. Also got 2 young kids who I have found have added an interesting (but not particularly helpful!) challenge to puppy training :)

Hopefully here are a couple of pics - youngster on the left and my old lad on the right!

Hello and a warm welcome to the forum from me an my tribe! I have three Labs (one of each colour) and a three-legged podenco mix.

Boomer is beautiful and Presley looked like a total sweetheart. 14 1/2 is a grand age for a Labrador, but I'm sure you still miss him terribly.

I hope you enjoy it here, we're a friendly bunch :)

Hi @Kay, welcome to the forum from me (Harriet) and my yellow lab Kipper, who's the same age as Boomer. :D We're based a bit further south from you in the wilds of Mid Devon. Exmoor's a lovely spot, glad you're enjoying the environment.
It's great to see photos of your boys, dear Presley reached a ripe age with you and it sounds like all three of your youngsters are keeping you busy! Boomer looks full of beans, handsome fellow.

Spencer is my sixth Guide Dog puppy, a black Golden Retriever/Labrador cross and he's eighteen weeks old.

Hi and welcome to you and Boomer, he looks lovely. Your old dog Presley looks so much like my 14 year old dog Oliver. I also have Pippin and Becca who are 5 year old siblings. I am in south Wales at the moment but may be moving to Somerset in the future.

Hello and Welcome from me in Worcestershire, about 3 miles from Malvern Hills. Beautiful looking Labs, though sorry to read you lost your oldest one, he was a good age. I lost mine a year ago but he was barely 11 years old, I have his nephew Rourke who is 6. I am sure you will love it here.

Hi, and welcome to the forum, I have Cassie who is almost 2 and a half. How marvelous to have moved to Exmoor, one of my favourite parts of the country. I live in north west Herefordshire very close to the Welsh border. Lovely pictures of your dogs, Boomer looks full of fun.
