She's looking great and love the photos! I'm really intrigued because to me she looks 100% Lab, but she's a mix with border collie, right? Do you notice any traits that you think are more border collie than Lab? Like does she try to herd you around the house?

I was thinking the same as @Emily_Babbelhund she does look totally Lab, I can't see much collie.

Oooh, how have I missed all this. What a cracking little dog. I wouldn't have known she wasn't full lab, she certainly isn't showing any collie-ness that I can see.

, but she does look like a lab. She has no special awareness at all! She loves learning new things and is very brave and adventurous. I dont see much collie in her at the minute, but as she grows she may start showing some traits. she is adorable
They both do it once they stop playing. Lyla used to try and carry on playing, but is taking cues from Harley know which is good (most of the time
)
She is a good looking girl, and definately does look more lab than anything else! She does have a few collie traits, she does try and herd us sometimes
she also likes to lie down when a dog is approaching her and suss the situation and then pounces 
We meet a border collie who does this to Quinn every morning on our walk!
Hey all! Thought I would give a bit of a Lyla update.
She's now 9 months old, and weighs in about 28kg, she's so much bigger than both of her parents
She's doing so well - recall is finally getting there, she doesn't snatch treats anymore (unless my dad gives her a fish skin, as he found out on Christmas day), and is such a dream at sleeping - long gone are the sleepness nights. She has her crate in our bedroom, and we no longer close the door at night, she is allowed free roam, but she somehow knows she's not allowed to sleep on the bed and will sleep either in her crate, or on the floor next to the bed, and then come up for cuddles in the morning, once invited onto the bed.
She has changed our lives so much, and she is so so loved

She had a little photoshoot a couple of months back! We gifted one of the prints of me and her to mum and dad for Christmas
going to get another one in March hopefully for her 1st birthday! I know! She just looks like pure lab, but of course very gorgeous! Oh we love a good bandana, just like CarbonWonderful photos and you are both looking great! Every time you post photos, I can't believe she has got collie in there - she's hiding it.
