Hunter at the vets..

Unfortunately Hunter has suddenly gone lame on his front right leg. In 3 days he went from a slight limp to where he can't walk 2 meters. He is stoic as ever but obviously in great pain. We have an appointment later today at 3. Two elbow operations and his ACL last year. I don't think we can put him through another surgery again. I will wait to see what the vet says first.

Vet (temp worker due to holidays) was not sure but she thinks his shoulder so we have been referred to the specialist who has carried out all his operations. I was planning to go to Wales on Wednesday to help empty my Mum and Dad's house but I have now delayed. I have an appointment on Friday morning at 9:15 with the specialist. OH is in China until Tuesday but my son can help me. TBH today really sucks...one year ago today I lost my Mum....

What an utterly horrible time for you @Loraseal , and I’m so sorry darling Hunter is in pain as well as whatever has happened to his (suspected) shoulder. Sending you huge sympathy in your grief for the one year anniversary of losing your mum, and also for Hunter’s injury. I’m glad your son can help you on Friday morning.
