Hunter's Limping Again

Aww, poor hunter and poor you!! Was he like this the other times he had this? Is the vet able to tell you why he is acting like this? That he didn’t pee just watch out for an infection. Finn didn’t wee 12 hours and had an infection...Hugs!

@Anne123 this is the worst I have seen him. I am not really happy with the vet because they know Hunter gets very very anxious with needles. I will talk to her later today as she is currently in surgery. I really hope this therapy helps as I am not putting him through this again. We have 2 batches left of the stemcells. The harvesting of the cells has caused the pain as he has little fat on his body . He is now on the bathroom floor, lying on the cold tiles......wide awake.....unlike me... who should be working from home:mmm: and not looking at MLF!

Off to the vet tomorrow. She thinks it could be a reaction to the anesthetic and some dogs need 2 days. He could also have an infection so I have an appointment as I do not want to take any risks at the weekend. He is trembling now, holding his paw and he will not let me near him.

@Loraseal I've been reading this thread for the last couple of days and haven't replied, as I just didn't know what to say to you. We too, have the same plan for Monty, quality over quantity, and I think I know that our boy is well past his peak now.
Just sending hugs to you, I'm so sorry that Hunter's recovery isn't going as planned. I just hope you find that the treatment is worthwhile for him in coming months.
