@Lisa I’m just catching up Lisa and I’m so sorry your going through this. I’m sure I’ll repeat what others have said. Simba is not a dangerous dog he is a nervous dog. As you know there’s a big difference between an aggressive dog and a nervous dog. An aggressive dog bites a nervous dog snaps and it was just so very unfortunate Simba made contact with his snap. It was a warning not an attack. You friend sounds like he knows it was his fault. You might remember how nervous Scott and Scout were with strangers and although I was lucky and they never landed a snap I can appreciate how your feeling. I know none of this will make you feel better but this really was an unfortunate accident. All you can do is put it down to experience. I think I’d be pretty safe putting all my money on you not letting Simba ever get in that position again and you feel so awful because it wasn’t what you’d usually expose Simba to. Feeling so awful for your friend and Simba shows what a good nervous dog owner you are. Remember that please. I know how much you’ve helped Simba over the years this is just a blip.
