It's a boy!! (Welcome ODIN)

What a gorgeous pup!! ❤

I love that all the littermates get to meet up. Is this organized by the breeder? And will this be an ongoing thing? Snowie always loved meeting up with his brother (lived in a nearby town).

I am starting gundog training. Most of the pup owners are experienced in this field of sport. So the breeder said that I could join them if I want that. The other pup owners are gundog teachers themselfs....If this means that I am going to win trophies with Odin I am not sure. It is not Odin, hè comes from very clever parents, it is me who has to learn....

How wonderful, I loved gun dog training, discovered it in my 40s and can say my 70s, when I discovered Labradors, have been one of the happiest times of my life. Am doing a little with Flicka but of course will not be working her!

I discovered gundog training with Sam which has continued with Reuben and can say with honesty that it was my saving grace, and sanity  Sam was my first field bred Labrador , previous ones being show stock and totally different , it was a shock to the system to have this dog who just wanted to retrieve . I found a local very good gundog trainer who in reality , trained me as to how to get the best from my dog , making him content . Reuben has been even more driven than Sam was , he is passionate about retrieving but this made him easier to control after a shaky start . I wish you all the very best with Odin , you will enjoy it so much xx

Have you tried the Gundog Club Harriet? There is a regional list of accredited trainers on their website xx
I didn't know about this, thanks Helen! Having checked it, there's only one trainer in my county and looking at their website, they don't fit my criteria for R+. The search continues... :)
