It's a boy!! (Welcome ODIN)

What am I doing wrong....
When we got Odin he sleept through the night, from 10pm to 8am. Extraordinary we thought.... Now he comes at 0.30am, 2am, 4am....Nothing has changed regarding feeding times, pee times etc....He has a poo sometimes at 2am, sometimes at 4 am. We try to let him having that late in the evening for his last pee before bedtime. Often he is too sleepy then.
His feeding times are: 8am, 12:30pm, 5pm, and 9:30pm. In between nothing specific..Just play time, training while playing, walking a little sometimes with Finn, other times just with one of us
I am thinking that I am forgetting something? Is it too much food, is he too hungry?
According the vet he needs more food, to us he is just right and comparing to the littermates he is the heaviest. He weighs 11,5kg and is 12 weeks old. The vet compares him with the standard lab, but he is fieldtrail breed
Will you help me to give some feedback?
I also think that could it be Finn who wakes him up? Finn is often resstless and moves around due to his aches. Do I have to separate them?

Not sure if this will help but I think the healthy weight is what is right for the individual puppy or dog, going by the body condition score - having a visible waist and being able to feel so many ribs and vertebrae. I remember being surprised that the vet nurses went by this even for a puppy -- puppyfat seems to be a thing of the past!
I'm not sure if we have the appropriate chart on here somewhere? @Cath do you know?

Just as comparison, Stanley eats at 6am, 10am, 2pm and 6pm. Times are from Homers puppy trainer. He goes to his crate at 10pm but is usually too sleepy to go out to pee so last pee is about 8pm. He wakes at 4am-5am for a poop and pee then cries at 6am for breakfast. He does sometimes have a little pee accident in his crate and I have to wash his bedding. Stanley was 8.9kg last week as 12 weeks. I think I could feed him a bit more.

I agree with others on his weight - if he looks good (not thin with all ribs/backbone pronounced) and isn't constantly hungry, go with your instincts - there's a lot of physical change in puppyhood, and I don't think it's helpful to over-monitor body condition if they're not clearly over or under weight. You've got enough to think about!

I also agree on night time waking; at 12 weeks their organs are still developing, as are their neurological functions that are essential to regulate bladder and bowel control. They often have little regressions over early puppyhood with waking and toileting needs, so if you're able to keep consistent with feeding and nightime routines, he'll settle down in time. Stilton definitely did - I think he fairly quickly settled at around 4 months, until he had ear problems which disrupted his nights all over again!

Finn might be disturbing Odin, but equally he might like the comfort of Finn's presence so it's probably something to weigh up.

Oh no, sorry - I didn’t mean you were! I was trying to say (poorly!) that with puppies we’re often told to focus on All The Things and it can be overwhelming.

How are his littermates doing? Are they also waking in the night? If not, what are their routines?

I have absolutely no recollection of Snowie’s puppy nighttime behaviour. Probably for the best!! Although I do recall we forced him up for a last wee. In hindsight, we should’ve used a treat as an incentive. Anyway, he’s trained us well now—he won’t go out for his nighttime wee unless their is payment!
