It's good to hear that she's wanting to do zoomies again, even if she currently isn't allowed. Just hope your sanity holds out for another week!
Have you tried games like hiding things in the garden and letting her sniff them out whilst on lead? I've found this has helped when I've had young dogs on restricted excercise, but you're at least as experienced as I am with dogs, so you've probably thought of everything. Good luck!

We’ve tried all sorts of seek games, lick mats, short sniffy walks, puzzle toys and chews to keep her entertained. What she wants is zoomies, tuggy and chasing balls.
We had some success this morning with a gentle walk around the park and a visit to Coffi Lab. It had elements of a normal day, but without the energetic bits. She came home really fizzed and has been trying to engage in a game of tuggy or fetch for the last couple of hours. I really feel for her.

Did the vet leave in Jazz's uterus, they left Flicka's in, not that that has anything to do with the desire for zoomies! If you can take her frequent short walks during the day, that seems to calm them down a bit, especially if she can have areas to have a good sniff. She will be fizzing at the moment from all the previous restrictions, but the short walks during the day begin to calm them down again. You are nearly there, more than half way! I find the vets far more cautious these days than they used to be, fear of being sued? One vet I knew about 15 years ago, let her bitch off the lead about 3 days after she had spayed her!

Today we let her go off lead in the garden for the first time since the op. We just left the door open and let her go out on her own while we watched from the kitchen. Fortunately she just mooched around then lay down and sniffed the air. We're being cautious because we know she zoomies and jumps with the slightest encouragement. It's a cockapoo thing.
She's on normal walks now. We keep her on a wander lead to keep her from zoomies, but she seems quite happy with that. We also hide treats in the undergrowth to keep her mentally active. In a few days we'll resume normal off-lead walks. We're really looking forward to that.
