No cough for 48 hours - yay
fingers crossed she's over it
I hope so. I am still giving her the Loxicom as not sure when to stop really. Still only one walk a day and noLet's hope that's the end of it for the poor girl.
, good girl RedAah that’s not good. It’s a nasty thing that’s for sure. I noticed her nose was dripping earlier. I suppose that’s ‘all part and parcel’ of itIt’s seems to be doing the rounds by us
Aagh, poor Maisie xxMaisy has it now
Oh no, poor Maisy. I gave Red a teaspoon of honey twice a day. I think it helped. Also I think the Loxicom helped. The best thing was resting and Red slept a lot for several days.Maisy has it now,
You are like me - once we heard the cough, we knew what it was and kept her away from other dogs which we are still doing (she’s been cough free since last Tuesday). We also told everyone we knew as Red had been playing with their dogs before we knew.Don't know where she got it from but have told all her doggy friends and just hope it wasn't passed on before we knew about it.
I’m picking up it’s rife in a lot of areas. It’s so important to keep away from other dogs even when the cough has stoppedKC is rife in this area apparently

It’s a horrible thing, bless her. Sky had it many years ago but it was nothing in comparison to what Red’s just hadMaisy has never had this before, in fact I don't think she has ever felt so poorly
My vet told me to keep Iver in until 7 days after he stopped coughing. How long before they can socialise again Alison? The vet receptionist said that they are still contagious until the coughing stops. Maisy has never had this before, in fact I don't think she has ever felt so poorly![]()
