Lambies for Tadpole please.

My friend in Regensburg with chihuahua Fine calls her an "Offroad Chihuahua" (as in SUV or 4x4). She runs miles next to Nadine on her bike along the Danube but gets popped into her backpack or her bike's basket if it gets too much due to heat or rain. I have to admit that I'm a wreck when we walk together because I envision all sorts of dangers to her, mainly other bike riders who don't see such a small dog on the path, but luckily my friend has stronger nerves than I and treats her like a dog 10 times her size.

Once little Tadpole recovers it will likely be harder for his owner than Tadpole to get back out on the trail.
Fine can ride a bike? 🤭

Tadpole is doing well. He still has to wear his compression jacket and is only allowed short walks on lead, but he's OK, so thankyou for the Lambies everyone.
Pee Ess, I can also see his house from my garden, it's just across the valley on the opposite hillside, Fiona pointed it out to me thisafternoon.

In amongst all the excitement of Joy's birthday, I forgot to mention that we saw Tadpole up on the moor today! He has had his stitches out and is doing really well. He is apparently more cautious now around large black dogs, but he greeted Joy like an old friend and she was clearly pleased to see him. So good to see the little chap back to normal!
