On the cautious side, there are bound to be more safety trials in librela coming out now - it’sa relatively new drug, and has enjoyed a honeymoon phase without many adverse event studies. But I agree it is a concern - our physio had flagged new research suggesting librela may not be beneficial for certain OA presentations and we’ve come off it with vet support as it didn’t feel like it was showing any benefit, but that might not suit everyone.I haven't read this in full but it's a bit worrying

Finn is getting librela after a period we had stopped it. Our vet want him to get it, but we are not convinced that he benefits from it. We will stop it and see what happens....
It really didn't help Poppy at all after the first month. I think she only had three injections in total. I've heard from lots of people that its efficiency decreases over time. The article is worrying, for sure.
