Certainly not mentioned.
I think she is older than normal for this to present. And never really had nasal problems before.
Yes I wondered that, I had a lab whose nose looked like that, it started when he was around six months old. Although we never got a definitive diagnosis I believe this is what it was.

An update on Lilly.
Vulva is absolutely fine, but the nose not so.
Steroids might have helped a bit, bit not convinced.
An increase in steroids again for a further trial and Lilly lost way too much weight so I had tailed them off again.
Weight back on again.
Yesterday's nose photo......
I think it was particularly bad as I had tried to put Factor 50 on it which was not appreciated and resulted in a vigorous wiping off on the floor and bleeding
We were back at the vet this morning and are awaiting a dermatology vet referral now. Some antibiotics in the meantime as there may be secondary infection.
Our favourite forum vet expert thinks it might be Discoid Lupus. It seems to fit, but I guess we will get further info in due course.
The vulva is all healed up now at least.

Sorry to hear about Lilly it is horrible for her and you. I hope you can get it sorted soon. Oliver had an autoimmune skin disease, has that been ruled out for Lilly
