Meg's Vaccinations

I'm not convinced the medication helped, but maybe it did, I mean they did get her vaccinated.
I find a similar result with Ella. I don't necessarily feel that she looks any less stressed but then on reflection, we get everything done and things that aren't usually possible so it must help us 🤷

Sounds like a mixed result today. Hope your little stoner is back and raring to go by the morning 😊

What an ordeal. Really annoying that they are so disorganized to not record that info.

Is there a reason you’re vaccinating every year? The latest advice I read is every 3 years.

@edzbird Having had many similar experiences with Scott and Scout I feel for you Sue and like you said it’s a relief when you know it’s over with for 12 months. S&S were different to Meg though. It was better for them if the vet didn’t interact just went in and injected quickly. It was very rare they got to examine them. Scout did mellow with age and allow touching. I’m sure this has already been discussed and being on the Isle of Man you might not have as many options but I found a mobile vet who offered everything a normal vet would who I used and also a vet who purely did vaccinations at home. If you haven’t already it might be worth a Google. The other option, depending on how well you know your vets and how amenable they are to your problem, you could perhaps ask if they could teach you to inject Meg. I was shown how to inject anti inflammatories in to Scout because of the effect the tablets had had on his digestive tract.

I found this on Google. HOME | pointofcare
