A happy update: Molly is going through a period where she clearly feels so much better. She has taken to going upstairs again (she wouldn't be alone if she stayed downstairs and I'm not encouraging her, but she's always liked to do this.) She is quite breathless when she gets to the top but has a lie down and then seems fine. She has a daily trip to the beach and most days chooses to walk about 50 yards out and then back and even occasionally starts scrambling up the fallen cliffside!
The lumps are all still there of course and one on her leg hasn't healed properly but the Onsior and paracetemol seem to be very effective.

Thanks for asking @MellowYellow . She's still very well - pottering about, going up and down stairs frequently (which also means she can access our back garden again) and enjoying her life, albeit at a slow pace. She even occasionally gets a soft toy out to carry around or chew. So at the moment she's stable - an old lady who needs frequent naps but who in between enjoys an outing and a good dinner!
